Tidewell Talent Co. is an independent pre-launch venture exploring practical management support for subscription creators in Thailand and the Philippines.

WHY THIS PROJECT

Make the work easier to navigate.

The aim is to make practical operations more accessible to independent creators. The planned model pairs each creator's goals and boundaries with support behind the scenes.

Tidewell is not yet operating as a formed company. This page describes a proposed direction, not an established roster, a record of results, or a promise of work or earnings.

THE PLANNED MODEL

Creator-owned accounts. Clear support.

For subscription creators, planned support may include chat and fan communication, strategy, marketing, posting, billing, payout coordination, and reporting. The scope, account permissions, and platform rules would need to be agreed in writing before any engagement. A creator's account and content remain the creator's own.

The separate hospitality-modeling path is an interest register only. No venue partners or current openings are being named or promised here.

A PROPOSED CREATOR OFFER

No upfront or monthly fee.

The proposed offer is 60% of Net Proceeds to the creator and 40% to Tidewell. Net Proceeds means fan payments after platform fees, payment processing, refunds, and chargebacks. Tidewell's own operating costs would be paid only from its 40% share, and would not reduce the creator's 60% share.

The agreement outline sets a clear boundary: content-related expenses of USD 50 or less do not need prior approval; expenses over USD 50 do. A USD 150 monthly cap applies to no-approval expenses. The exchange-rate source and legal review remain to be completed.

The proposed default is Tidewell Talent LLC, a single-member Wyoming LLC, with Tidewell Talent Co. as a trading or working name. The LLC has not been formed or registered, and no formation filing is represented as started. This is only a provisional plan, not an existing company or a claim about liability protection, tax treatment, banking, or local operating obligations.

  • Proposed registered-office format: c/o [Registered Agent], Sheridan, WY 82801, USA; the actual agent and street address still need to be selected and verified.
  • Company number after formation, if issued: [COMPANY NUMBER AFTER FORMATION].
  • Principal place of business: [PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS - OWNER PRIVATE]. Keep the owner's private city, legal name, residence, phone, and residential address off the public site.
